General Terms

Article 1 – Definitions Entrepreneur: AXYVERA (New Wave Online B.V.), registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42162962. Consumer/Customer: any natural person or legal entity who places an order with the Entrepreneur. Products: peptides and laboratory products intended for research purposes and not for human consumption. Agreement: any purchase agreement between the Entrepreneur and the Customer concluded via the webshop. Website: the AXYVERA (New Wave Online B.V.) webshop.

Article 2 – Applicability These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, agreements, and deliveries of AXYVERA (New Wave Online B.V.).

Article 3 – Products and Use The Products are intended exclusively for research purposes. The Products are not suitable for human consumption. By placing an order, the Customer declares that they will handle the Products responsibly and use them in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The Entrepreneur shall not be liable for any misuse of the Products.

Article 4 – Offers and Prices All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Obvious errors or mistakes in an offer shall not be binding on the Entrepreneur.

Article 5 – Orders and Agreements The Agreement is concluded once the Customer places an order and receives confirmation thereof. The Entrepreneur reserves the right to refuse orders where misuse is suspected.

Article 6 – Payment Payment can be made via iDEAL or manual bank transfer. Orders will only be processed after successful payment.

Article 7 – Delivery Delivery is carried out via PostNL. Delivery is available throughout Europe. Delivery times are indicative and shall not constitute strict deadlines.

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal and Returns Policy Returns are not possible due to the nature of the Products (health and laboratory products), pursuant to Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code. By placing an order, the Customer agrees to the expiry of the right of withdrawal.

Article 9 – Complaints Complaints must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of discovery. The Entrepreneur will respond within 7 business days. Article 10 – Liability The Entrepreneur shall not be liable for any damage resulting from improper use by the Customer. Liability shall be limited to the amount of the relevant order.

Article 11 – Force Majeure In the event of force majeure, the Entrepreneur shall not be obliged to compensate any damages.

Article 12 – Privacy The Entrepreneur processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. The Privacy Policy is available on the Website.

Article 13 – Applicable Law These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
